Planned maintenance in Amsterdam datacenter on 26.01.2017 from 01-05 (GMT+02)
January 25, 2017
On Thursday, January 26th between 01-05 am (GMT+02) Cloud and Shared Hosting servers located in Amsterdam will undergo planned maintenance to facilitate their relocation to a new datacenter. We have prepared and rehearsed the procedure to cause no more than 4h of downtime.
For Cloud server clients: as the servers will be shut down during the moving process and later rebooted, we kindly ask you to make sure that all services (web-server, database server etc) are configured to start automatically after the server is rebooted.
Please contact us at email@example.com if any problems occur. The current status of our services in real time is available at status.zone.eu
where you can also order an email notification regarding all incidents.
The new datacenter is one of the most modern ones in Europe (Equinix AM6). Relocation will raise the reliability of our systems, bringing power supply and network resources to our usual standards. Data transfer rate of the local network will increase several times. The datacenter is certified to standards ISAE 3402, ISO27001, ISO 140001, ISO 50001, as well as PCI DSS.
