# Consumer’s withdrawal application form

1. To terminate the contract and close your account, confirm the closure in the self-service web hosting management under “**Webhosting**” and “**Package and billing period**” by clicking the “**Cancel the Service**” link.
2. Fill in the form and submit it only if you wish to withdraw from the contract.
