We are updating the technical management of your domain so that we can continue to provide reliable service, good support and a competitive price.
Your domain’s registrar partner is changing: instead of the current partner, ENOM, the new partner will be RealTime Registry (RTR).
For you, everything remains simple:
- your domain will continue to be managed by Zone;
- there will be no interruptions to your website, email, or DNS services;
- the change will take place automatically when your domain is next renewed.
When you pay the invoice for your domain’s next renewal, Zone will begin transferring the domain to the new partner. As part of the transfer, the domain’s validity period will also be extended.
Do you need to do anything yourself?
Generally, no. After the transfer has been initiated, ENOM will send an automatic confirmation email to the domain owner’s email address.
If you do not respond to the email, the domain will be transferred automatically within approximately 5 days.
If you wish, you can immediately confirm the transfer using the link in the email. In that case, the domain will be transferred and renewed more quickly.
Important exception
If you renew the domain shortly before it expires, we recommend immediately confirming the transfer using the link in the ENOM email. This will help ensure that the domain is renewed in time before it expires.
